How can we apply for PMSS?
- Firstly, all the applicants need to visit the official portal www.online.ksb.gov.in to apply for this scheme
- After that, all the applicants need to click on the list of documents to be uploaded under the PMSS link and download Annexures 1,2 and 3
- Now, applicants need to complete these three Annexures carefully. All applicants need to visit the official portal of KSB and click on the option called “Apply Online” under the PMSS link.
- After that, a new page will appear on your desktop, and all the applicants need to upload all the required documents, like a passport-sized photo, and click on the option called “Upload”
- Now, if applicants were not registered, they fill out all the boxes that appear on your screen in Part-1 and Part-2 with the information of ESM and click on the submit option
- After registration, a login ID, password, and a link will be automatically generated by the system and sent to the e-mail mentioned in registration part 1
- Now applicants can register successfully, applicants get an activation link to the candidates email, applicants need to click on the activation link
- After that, a new window will appear on the applicant’s desktop. The applicant needs to enter their user name (login ID) and password. It will help applicants to visit their dashboard, visit the KSB portal, and then they need to click on the login button and log in with their login Credentials
- Now applicants need to click on “New Application” and select the Prime Minister Scholarship scheme
- After that, applicants need to fill out the boxes which appear on their desktop in Part-1, Part-2, Part-3, and scan all the required documents in original and upload all the necessary documents
- Now applicants need to save and forward; if the application is not saved or forwarded, then they will need to check with their ZSB about their application, available on their portal
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be permanent residents of India.
- Applicants should have scored 60% and above in Minimum Educational Qualification (MEQ), i.e., 10+2/ Diploma/ Graduation.
- All the widows and wards of the deceased/ex-service personnel of the Armed Forces are eligible for this scheme
- Only one course student can avail the benefits of the scholarship
